After downloading the zip-folder to your preferred location head over to blender and go to: Edit > Preferences > Addo-ons. In the top right hit the dropdown arrow called "Add-on Settings". Select "Install from disk..." and find the location you saved your addon to. Doubble click it and the addon should initialize and work as intended.
