  Hi,
  we’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we’d like to clarify a few things for transparency.

  We provided you with support even before you officially purchased the addon, while you were using an unofficial copy shared by your friend. After your official purchase, we continued to respond and assist - including replying within an hour and half on Christmas Day. (during which this review was posted)

  Additionally, in our communication you stated: “I can only say you guys have built an awesome add-on. Cheers!” - which makes the 1-star rating somewhat inconsistent with that feedback.

  Our support has been consistently rated positively by other users. We always aim to help fairly and promptly, and we stand by the support we provided in this case. We kindly ask that reviews reflect genuine unresolved issues rather than frustration over response times, especially during holidays.
