  I'm wish I could give a 5 because it was exactly what I needed but theres too many little issues. Firstly I DO think there should be better Documentation. It's a very simple addon but I had to dig around to WHERE the addon is places in your blender GUI.

  It's in "Tool" in a tab called "Randomize Objects", once you know that its pretty self explanatory but still should be documented. I wish that the randomize tranforms, the rotation Steps was a value you can set instead of a dropdown with only two options, 90 and 180. I think you should just be able to type whatever you want there.

  In my case I needed rotation steps of 90 degrees anyway but what if you wanted 45 or something else, or NO Rotation Steps? It doesn't look like theres a way to turn it off. Again tho, for my use case it worked as is but I hope if the dev ever sees this they'll take my suggestions and implement.
