The RIM-116 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) is a lightweight, quick-reaction naval defense system developed jointly by the U.S. and Germany.
It has been in service since the 1990s and is designed to counter anti-ship missiles and aerial threats at close range. Widely deployed on NATO ships, the RAM system uses passive radar and infrared homing for guidance.
This 3D model replicates the launcher unit used on various modern naval vessels.
This model includes a detailed missile canister and an internal missile built from many non-merged components. The missile is fully segmented, featuring dozens of individually modeled parts – ideal for technical breakdowns, exploded views, and animations.
