GeoScatter is the most well developed, organized and supported scattering addon for blender I’ve used. Indispensable. The integration with biomes from other 3rd party plug-ins and addons make it even more robust and comprehensive when it comes to your scattering needs.

The support from the developer is amazing.

If you are interested in Environment art and you use Blender, you will not regret buying this addon.

Geo Scatter is a very well thought out plugin. I am just learning how much power it has. Works well in blender and has great features!. Also, I like the fact that the developer always responds to messages and tries to help where they can.

Geo Scatter: An Essential Tool for Blender

When I purchased Geo Scatter last year, I thought it was just an indulgence. I was wrong. After exploring its tools, I can confidently say that this addon transforms Blender into something truly complete—almost like the eighth wonder of the world.

From the moment I tested features like grass flattening, I was amazed. Watching the grass react to its surroundings and return to its initial position brings scenes to life in an extraordinary way. But Geo Scatter doesn’t stop there; its potential continues to grow the more I explore it.

There’s still so much for me to discover, from distribution and patterns to the abiotic and ecosystem tools. Each feature proves that this addon is far more than just an extension; it’s a true gem for any Blender artist.

While its price may seem high at first, you soon realize it’s completely reasonable. It’s an investment worth every penny, and having it in my workflow is a luxury I wouldn’t want to give up.

Geo Scatter is not just an addon; it’s an extraordinary experience that turns working in Blender into something as unique as the eighth wonder of the world.

This is the first addon I bought when I started with blender. Honestly I thought I wasted my money. But until today that's the only plugin I keep coming back and back and using it to my advantage. If you know how it works you can make a lot of other plugins obsolete.

For example you won't have to buy or create a geometry nodes setup to make atmospheric dust. You can just use a cube, add some dust geometry as instances and make them float. All in GeoScatter.

Yes, you don't need it as a beginner, but if you take it serious you can't live without this plugin. GeoScatter 5.5 brought alot of features I missed before and the performance is now outstanding. You can do almost everything in real time and the real time camera culling takes it one step further.

This add-on is amazing, but even more so, GS is essential. It doesn't have a single project that I complete without using it. Each update brings its share of welcome new features, I have been using it since 2020 and the add-on is more and more powerful (Congratulations for v5.5!).
A very big thank you to its developers

Possibly the greatest Blender Add-On I've purchased. I use this more than any tool in Blender.

With a couple of clicks you can turn a basic plane into an entire city (I use GreebleTowns packs). After a bit of playing around it's fairly easy to adjust sizes, density, rotation, etc. There is a bit of randomness to the placement, but that's the nature of scattering hundreds of objects.

I'm a blender novice (about 6 months into my creation journey) and I've made things I could only dream of creating when I first installed it. I even managed to make a Rendezvous with Rama inspired city with all the buildings on the inside of a cylinder:
