Installation instructions:

Make sure you downloaded the right version for your Blender version > Unzip the .zip file. > Go to Blender > Preferences > File Paths > Hit the Plus button > Locate and select your unzipped folder > Ok > Save Preferences.

You can now locate the presets through the Asset Library editor. :)
