Installation

1. Download the Smart Batch Rename ZIP file.
2. Open Blender.
3. Go to Edit → Preferences → Add-ons.
4. Click Install... and select the downloaded ZIP file.
5. Enable Smart Batch Rename.
6. Open the 3D Viewport and press N to open the Sidebar.
7. Find the Rename tab to access the add-on.

How to Use

1. Select one or more Objects, Collections, Materials, or Mesh Data.
2. Choose what you want to rename from the Rename dropdown.
3. Enter a Base Name if desired.
4. Optionally add a Prefix, Suffix, or Automatic Numbering.
5. Use Find & Replace or other text processing options if needed.
6. Review the generated names in Live Preview.
7. Click Rename Selected to apply the changes.
