Blender’s Solidify modifier has many useful features, but it really offers almost nothing for UV control. This provides a solution to exactly that problem, and it is something I truly needed. Thank you very much.

This is a great modifier just like all their ones. Great for 3D printable models.

Perfect to use with the multires modifier to control the rim shape, since you can't place the classic solidify above the multires. Very useful addon!
