StoryLiner is a biiiiiig add-on, with many features, some of which are only available starting from a certain edition and in higher editions.

Installation

From version 1.5 onward, StoryLiner is very easy to install: drag the ZIP file downloaded from the product page into Blender, then restart Blender.
