Will these vehicles render in EEVEE?
No, not by default. The glass material I used for windows and headlights does not render well in EEVEE. It is possible to get good renders in EEVEE by changing the glass material, but this functionality is not included in the download
Which file formats and texture sizes are included?

The direct downloads include .blend, .fbx, and .obj model files with TGA textures in 1K, 2K, and 4K tiers. The Remote Asset Library package contains packed 2K and 4K images.

Are the Stylized Vehicles rigged or animated?

No, each vehicle is a static mesh and is not rigged. Wheels have been organized as separate objects in order to make animation easier.
