  As the previous review mentioned, this must've been made inside blender 3x since it doesn't import into blender 4x properly. Open a new scene in blender 4x - append - select all the brushes starting with "S_" from the bought .blend file and append with "fake user" toggled on. Inside the outliner window click on the "display mode" button and change it to blender file, find all the "S_" brushes, select them all and right click - mark as asset. Save startup file.

  Good Quality but needs to be Marked as Asset to be used in 4.X Blender versions, should be included in the download.
