What is Show All Button?
Show all will show all the objects in viewport and render so you have synced visibility for the objects.
What does Sync Render to Viewport do?
it will get the visibility of objects in render and apply this to their visibility in viewport. Meaning that it will make sure to show objects in viewport that are shown in Render, and the objects that are hidden in Render will be also hidden in the viewport, so you get match Render and viewport.
What does Sync Viewport to Render do?
if you have multiple objects hidden in scene and you want to make sure there hidden too in Render view, click that button.
