Yes, but without the Collection Analyzer feature. To get the full power of the addon, you need at least Blender 2.91.
The addon was tested 100% on Windows OS only; some features may not work properly on other operating systems.
It depends on the number of vertices in your scene. For example:
If the total number of vertices in your scene is 100, an object with 90 vertices is considered a high polycount, so its color or its collection color will be red.
