Selective Proportional Editing (Top_moumoute )
In modelling workflows, Blender's Proportional Editing mode is a powerful tool... but sometimes too intrusive. This addon offers a more controlled approach: it allows the user to precisely define the elements (edges, vertices or faces) that should be affected by proportional editing. No more unwanted distortions in undesired areas!
Thanks to targeted selection, the influence of falloff is confined to the chosen geometry, offering surgical control over transformations. Whether sculpting fine details, adjusting silhouettes or preserving intact areas, this tool is a valuable ally for demanding modellers.


Select the points/edges/surfaces you wish to modify with proportional editing
then Shift+P , proportional editing will only modify the selection (the logo turns red)
make your changes and then  
press Shift+P again to release the selection, the logo reverts to green!
