I cannot see the transform gizmos
yeah, sometimes its a pain with blender. Make sure zou open up a geometrynodes panel. Make sure to click your escalator object, make sure to select the modifier on this object. In the Modifier toggle on "Menue on". If you still cannot see the transform gizmos select random nodes in the geometrynodes panel - the transform gizmos should show up.
