Admissions Unit - Interior & Exterior - Game-Ready
Is this a modular building kit?
No. The Admissions Unit is a fully pre-assembled, closed-world architectural environment designed for immediate "plug & play" use. You can drop it into your scene and it is ready to be inhabited. However, for maximum flexibility, we include a "PARTS" folder: this contains the architectural base separated from the individual furniture and props, allowing you to rearrange or customize the interior layout to your liking.
Is the interior accessible?
Yes. The unit features a complete, high-fidelity interior and exterior. Every room and designated area is fully modeled and accessible, designed to support gameplay flow for FPS, 3rd-person, or top-down perspectives.
Is this asset optimized for real-time performance?
Absolutely. The environment is optimized to maintain a balance between visual quality and performance. It is designed to run smoothly in standard game engines without excessive draw calls or high polygon counts, ensuring your project remains performant even in complex scenes.
Can I modify the furniture or rearrange the props?
While the building architecture itself is a fixed, pre-assembled unit, the interior props and furniture are independent objects. You can move, rotate, or remove individual elements within the scene if you need to adjust the layout to fit your specific gameplay needs.
Is this compatible with Unity or Unreal Engine?
Yes. The files are provided in standard formats (such as .fbx or .obj), making them compatible with all major game engines. You may need to set up your own collision meshes and shaders depending on your specific engine workflow, but the model imports cleanly into all industry-standard software.
Does this come with baked lighting or real-time setup?
The environment is built to be lighting-agnostic. It works perfectly with both baked lightmaps and real-time lighting solutions. The materials and geometry are prepared to receive light effectively, allowing you to match the unit's atmosphere to your project's global lighting profile.
