Can I use this in Blender 3.3?
v1.2 of the Ultimate Lightning Pack was created in Blender 3.5. It was tested in 3.6 beta. And works fine.
Some effects(2) which use the shortest edge path node will not work in 3.3. But the rest will.
This pack includes the previous version(v1.1) which was made in Blender 3.4.
Is the Spark effect uses particle system?
No,
All the effects you find in the pack are made using geometry nodes and are 100% procedural. which means you can adjust the spark's colour, distance, and timing by just changing a slider.
