  At first I couldn't get it to make a square, it would only make a line of points, no matter which button I tried. What worked is to then try UV mapping in a different mode, so instead of smart UV, try project by view or something else, then hit the square button. Yes, I'm new at this. But it worked and my textures look much better! Thanks, totally worth $20!

  TLDR: Reinstall after upgrading to 3.0, it works!

  I have for years used this addon, it is easily my most used external tool for Blender. I think I originally received it from teacher or work colleague. After upgrading to 3.0 it stopped working, calling that trace back error Mike is talking about review under mine. After that I bought it, hoping there is newer release in package. 1.14.1 for 2.8 worked perfectly in 3.0.

  Great addon, but I'm running into some problems with Blender 3.0. No matter what I click, I get a traceback fail message. Could you please look into this?
