Do I need to know GPU programming?
No. You build panels from Python objects such as ui.Button and ui.Slider. The library does the drawing. Writing a custom widget is optional.
Can I use it in add-ons I sell?
Yes. Copy the uzima folder into your add-on. Like every Blender add-on, yours must be GPL-compatible. The Inter font keeps its SIL Open Font License.
