Brushes can be accessed directly in the enclosed .blend file, appended into your project from said file, or import the brush set through File/Import/Brush Set.

Icons and individual vector displacement maps can be accessed from the enclosed .zip files.

Brush size and intensity can be addressed in the usual sense or through the texture size drop-down for added control and usability.
