Append the VHS*.blend file and import the desired NodeTree. All the main Node groups has '-' prefix at the start so its at the top of the list. this can later be removed if not wanted. 

I Strongly recommend to use GPU with compositing. (can be found in the n-panel in compositor -> Options)
