Yes, in two ways:

1. Tune a preset. Every tread preset is parametric, so you can change the tread depth, pitch length and count, groove width, edge chamfer and sipes, and reshape the tire's crown and shoulders.
2. Use your own mesh. Model a single tread block, set Tread Source to 3D Mesh, and Wheel and Tire Pro tiles it around the tire for you. You control the number of repeats, the bands across the width, the rotation, the depth and the spacing.

You can also use a tiled normal map, or combine a mesh with a normal map for extra fine detail.
