  Really great. Once you use animation layers, you'll never stop using them. One thing I found that worked odd however was slowing the animation down or speeding up. That only seems to work properly in the nla editor.

  This is a must-have add-on if you're doing any animation work in Blender. It's also very easy to master - you just turn it on, add a layer, turn on auto-keyingm and do your adjustments. That's all! So easy. It turns animation in Blender from something scary into something fun. I can't recommend it enough.

  To those who come from Maya this is a must-have!!
  Blender does have the NLA editor but Animation Layers makes the who'll process of laying animation more streamlined and less confusing.
  Now all we need is animbot for Blender and animation will be 30X times easier.!!!

  This addon is simply amazing and IMO animators can't live without it if you don't want to constantly be busy with blocking techniques etc. instead of focussing on the creative project you're working on. I am using this for a while now and was surprised to see I didn't leave a review yet as I love this add-on since the moment I got it. It not only speeds the workflow up completely and adds more (usable) possibilities and adds it in a way that it's actually easy and intuitive enough so that you are actually going to use it all the time, it's also much more fun animating like this and gives more time to expand the horizon to improve on other areas instead of diving into the bare technical side of things!

  Today there seemed to be one thing missing to control and that was to control shapekeys of a Lattice deformer specifically. But after asking this question to the creator he built it in the addon in no tima, within the blink of an eye. And now that works too! Incredible service! Thanks a lot for this! Very happy user here!

  When you're serious about animating IMO buying this add-on is simply a no brainer. Highly recommended and proven by many!
