  Useless do not buy if your work will be sent outside of Blender in any 3d app or engine.
  - Right now, it can only support the most basic stuff imaginable, anything that's not a square the add-on doesn't work anymore.
  - You put your asset in the modular add-on, everything looks good but when you hit finalize, the final model doesn't keep the textures, IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING UV related besides mashing everything in one piece-- if anyone should re-textures that model, he will be incapable without crazy amount of editing work back in square one.
  - There's no support or perhaps the dev or the community doesn't have a solution in this silly add-on for anything that's not a square and textures are set in Blender, and Blender is not currently the best solution regarding texturing.
  -The time you spend figuring out this silly add-on can be spent on making your own modular assets which is literally what I was forced to do. Thanks for the add-on-- not really.

  I know the creator work very hard on this but its either documented in a way I am not understanding or it just not working right. I got the full version, and I will keep in hope that this will get updated.
