Updated 07/25
I created a Blender doc and I did it some changes and options that you can move the doors now.
1°option
I did 3 separate objects and change the orientation of the pivot point, to move the right door you need to go in Transform Orientations Options and select Face Door Right and do the same thing for left door and change the orientation for Face Door Left. You may have problems with this option if you want to animated in Unreal engine because this engine may not save pivot orientation correctly so I suggest to animated in Blender and I don't know how to use Unreal Engine.
Option 2
This option I added bones and maybe this method can be use in the Unreal Engine if you can export with the bones, and you can use the Local Orientation in Z exy to close the door
