Quality assets and a very serious seller. I had previously purchased "Trees - Deciduous Tree Collection For Cycles + Octane" and "Trees - The Coniferous Tree Pack - Conifer Trees Collection + Future Updates". The seller gave me a special offer to buy "Blender Trees 1.0. - Deciduous Trees + Coniferous Trees + Bushes + Free Future Updates" before purchase, it is very nice that the seller does not forget about the customers who purchased the previous product and offers a significant discount when upgrading to the new version.

    A no brainer !
The trees are super realistic and they come in a lot of differents shapes and sizes which is critical to create real landscape.

Keep the good work 3D Shaker team !

The quality of the 3D-Shaker trees still amaze me.
Having them in one collection was an instant buy for me.
And by the way, the support is super nice too.

    Great job 3D-Shaker Team :-)

Some of the best trees out there for blenders.

The only thing that bothers me personally is their “unique” append and link system that 3DShaker uses in many asset packs. In my opinion this is completely unnecessary and costs me a lot of time to free the assets from it every time a new update is released.

Otherwise this pack would definitely be five stars.

And no, “Shaker Trees” is not an alternative for me, because I don't want to use Ngon.

Looking forward to the next update to catch up with "Shaker Trees". ;)

Quality of the trees is good, but the organisation of the assets and inside the .blend files is a nightmare. It's one giant blok of scattered files not grouped per plant, if you want to use this in a big project across a studio, you'll spend days organising everything. Assets mix Latin and English names, don't even use consistent names in a single folder, textures and previews aren't grouped per species. With eveery update, you get another huge blob that takes hours to merge with the previous blob. Proxies are still very dense (one resolution only), I had to convert some to geoNodes to make them lighter. And worst of all: "all future updates are free" turned out to be a lie, because updates like wind animation and season control were rolled into another product you can buy...

Far away my biggest regrets in Blendermarket. There is only a part of Shaker's tree (not the one i was looking for). And Shaker just announce that if we want to use it with polygon, we'll have to pay again an extra.

      Hi Prugnier,

      Thank you for your feedback.

If there's a tree missing in the Blender Trees library and we have it in our offer, it’s possible we are already working on it as a free update. You can contact us, and we will send you the files for free—you can easily do this via the "Contact Creator" message. We’re here to help.

Yes, we launched a new Shaker Trees product. Why did we decide to release it as a separate product rather than as a free update?

Because we've been working on it for quite some time now. We joined forces with polygoniq and upgraded our library.
What's new compared to Blender Trees?

An all-in-one add-on powered by Engon
      Smaller file sizes
Snap to ground with one click
Easier search by height, season, class, and order
Slider adjustments for brightness, season, or hue
Linked vs. editable with one click
      Randomize with one click
      And the best part:

Improved animations (breeze, wind, storm + strength)
      And of course:

New assets in future updates, but this also applies to Blender Trees.
I hope this helps. I’m looking forward to your message.

      Have a nice day,
      Jan
