Stop fixing assets in Unity. Start shipping them from Blender.
Every Blender to Unity workflow hits the same wall: export an FBX, reimport it, fix the scale, reassign the materials, set up the colliders, wire the animations, wonder why the normals are inverted — then do it all again when the mesh changes.
BlendUnity Ultimate Toolkit eliminates that loop. It's a complete Blender to Unity pipeline — a Blender add-on and a Unity editor package working together — so assets arrive in Unity correctly structured, correctly named, materials assigned, colliders configured, animations ready, and prefabs built. No cleanup. No guesswork. No "fix it in Unity."

What's included
FBX + SmartPackage Export
Every export produces a structured SmartPackage folder: the FBX, a MaterialSync manifest with all PBR texture paths resolved, a Scene manifest for lights/cameras/physics, animation data, and root motion curves. The Unity companion reads all of it automatically and builds your prefab.

Smart Material Translator
Walks the full Principled BSDF node graph — including detail normals, vertex colour blending, emission strength, transparency mode, and UV tiling — and either assembles materials in Unity automatically or generates ready-to-open
.shadergraphfiles. No manual texture slot assignment.
Collider Wizard
Analyses mesh topology and automatically picks the right Unity collider type per object: Box for architectural elements, Sphere for rounded props, Capsule for characters, Convex Hull for complex props, full Mesh for terrain and concave geometry. Shows a colour-coded viewport overlay so you can review decisions before exporting.

3-Level LOD Chain
Generates LOD0 / LOD1 / LOD2 / LOD3 with per-preset decimation ratios (Mobile, PC, WebGL) and a live N-panel table showing triangle counts and reduction percentages at each level. Per-object ratio overrides via custom property.

Humanoid Retarget Map
Maps Blender bone names (Rigify, Mixamo, and manual rigs) to Unity's HumanBodyBones enum and stores the mapping in the FBX. The Unity importer reads it and pre-configures the Avatar — no manual bone assignment in the Humanoid rig inspector.

Incremental Export
Hashes every object's geometry, transforms, materials, and modifier stack. On subsequent exports, only objects that actually changed are re-exported. A 200-object scene with one edited mesh exports in seconds, not minutes. A DeltaManifest tells Unity exactly which prefab components to update.
UV Analysis + Bake Orchestration
Scans UV islands for overlaps and out-of-bounds coordinates before you bake, with a visual warning summary. Runs Cycles AO, tangent normal, and combined lightmap bakes with proper node injection, GPU backend auto-detection (CUDA / Metal / HIP / OneAPI), and automatic cleanup.

Scene Manifest Reconstruction
Exports lights, cameras, rigid bodies, and collider hints as Scene.json. The Unity companion reconstructs the full scene hierarchy — correct light types, shadow modes, camera FOV, rigidbody properties — under an Imported folder and saves it as a Unity scene asset.
TCP LiveTransmit + Bidirectional Sync
Transmit a complete SmartPackage to a running Unity editor over TCP with one click. SHA-256 verified. Unity sends an ACK before importing so Blender knows the transfer succeeded. A background sync server handles pull requests and scene diff messages from Unity for round-trip workflows.

Preset System
Save and load complete pipeline configurations as named JSON presets. Switch between Mobile, PC AAA, and WebGL profiles in seconds.

Both sides included — no separate purchase
The Unity companion package is included with your purchase. Drop it into
Assets/and it works immediately: automatic SmartPackage detection, URP and HDRP material assembly, collider setup, animation event injection, root motion clip generation, and scene reconstruction. One purchase, both sides of the pipeline.
Who it's for
Solo developers who want professional pipeline results without maintaining a pipeline.
Game artists who re-export assets frequently and are tired of repeating the same Unity-side fixes.
Technical artists who need to enforce consistent naming, structure, and export behaviour across a team.
Studios running long-lived projects where silent breakage from inconsistent exports compounds over time.
Requirements
- Blender 4.2 or later
- Unity 2022 LTS or later (URP or HDRP)
- No additional Python packages required
Export with intent. Import with confidence.
