Improved bone detection and added flexibility in renaming, e.g. renaming "leg.L" to "left.shin" changes "leg.R" to "right.shin".
Repackaged to the new extension format. Must now be installed by Get Extensions > Install from disk. Remove the old add-on before installing this version.
