  It is a very handy addon but I have a problem. I have tracked a sequence and there are some gaps without one or more keyframes for the animated camera. This causes a sudden (small but noticeable) jump in the added element of blender. Do yo have a solution (maybe in the settings for the tracker)?

  so option 1 is of course to play with tracker advanced settings - the most important of which is the confidence (you can try bringing it down to .98 .95 etc). if you generally like your solve but have very small gaps (1-2 keyframes) i would go to the graph editor, select those regions + some buffer, and run butterworth smooth. this will ease those transitions a little :)

  This addon made me look more competent than I really am, and for that alone it deserves five stars.
  Fast, clean, and actually pleasant to use. That is rare.

  Awesome addon, makes tracking so quick and easy. One feature I'd love in future is ground plane selection/setting, like Blender's built in tracker. As it stands though, not a huge issue.

  Works like a charm!

  I've done quite some tracking using GLOMAP in /cmd but this makes the work so much smoother.

  I’ve been using this addon since Camera Tracker 4, and the upgrade for Camera Tracker 5 is a big improvement. The UI is much cleaner, more intuitive, and overall easier to use, which really speeds up my workflow.

  I also want to give a huge thanks to CG Matter for their outstanding support. Every time I have a question or ran into an issue, it's responded within just a few hours with clear and accurate solutions. That level of support are very much appreciated.

  Awesome Addon! Thank you. Having only previously only used Blenders built-in camera tracking and being a Mac user which limits 3rd party tracking tools this Addon works really well and surprisingly fast on a M2 Mac. Select a video and hit tracking with accurate results, this is going to save me hours on some projects.

  I've only tested some of the sample videos, but the basic tracking works really well. The only issue which initially confused me is the entire path directory to the video asset must not include any spaces in any of the hierarchy of folders - not just the targeted video folder. But that was an easy workaround.

  I'm very impressed by the robustness and precision of this add-on. Despite its simplified interface, it delivers results comparable to computationally intensive and paid software.

  Its compatibility with Blender is complete and allows for very convincing combinations of video and computer-generated imagery.

  Photogrammetry remains a demanding technique in terms of computer power, and achieving good results on 2K or 4K videos requires patience ;-) A big thank you to CGMatter for this excellent add-on!
