Overview

Center Ring PRO is a parametric wheel hub center ring generator for Blender, designed for real-world manufacturing and production 3D printing workflows.

The add-on generates accurate center rings using OD, ID, Height, Fit and Flange parameters, with fully independent chamfer control for top and bottom edges (inner and outer).

Bottom chamfers automatically target the flange shoulder using crease-edge detection for predictable and clean geometry.

Recommended Workflow

1. Set Outer Diameter (OD)

2. Set Inner Diameter (ID)

3. Adjust Height and Fit tolerance

4. Enable and tune Flange if needed

5. Adjust chamfers individually

6. Export STL for manufacturing or 3D printing

Units and Scale

For best results:
• Use Metric units
• Use Millimeters
• Ensure Object Scale = 1.0 before export

The add-on will warn if scale or unit setup may cause export issues.
