  This is an idea every animator comes up with at some point. But rigs always have invisible parent-child relationships, so I had given up and relied on pose pickers.

  This add-on achieves it in a remarkably solid way. Once you understand the setup, it's easy to adapt, and the performance is snappy. Being hotkey-driven, you can stay focused on your character and its subtleties without ever looking away. Thank you for dedicating your time to this idea!
