No. Everything Cobwebs creates lives in one "Cobwebs" collection. Remove Cobwebs deletes every object, curve, mesh, material and node group it made and restores the render settings it changed, so your scene is back exactly as before (we check this with a full scene-data comparison in our tests). Every action also supports Ctrl+Z.
