Collection to Blend

Saved Collections are now linked to a scene in the saved blend file, so if you open the file directly you can see the collection & objects.
Added 'subfolder' preference to save the linked collections into a custom subfolder.
Defaults to blank, which saves next to the blender file. I added some wildcards so for example you can enter '$col' in the preferences, then when you run the operator, the collection will be saved in a subfolder named the same as the collection. You can mix these with other path elements, for example '\linkedLibraries\$col'
