What is the best way to receive support?

Why do I need to use credits?
As most people know, AI is mostly generated in the cloud. Every time CONCEPT-MAGIC tries to generate an image for you, it has to go to a cloud server and request that image be created. And unfortunately, these services are not free. If you have a very powerful machine, and a lot of knowledge on how to use AI, you can host some of these rendering models locally, but they will not be as good as the ones that come with CONCEPT-MAGIC. At least not currently. Maybe in a year or so they will be good enough to host on a well-equipped desktop computer.
How Do Credits work?
Because we use paid AI services in the cloud to generate images, we need to be able to track who is using our different services. Typically, 10 credits can generate a single image. The rate is different for upscaling based on the upscale quality. See the documentation tab for all information and FAQ
Does Concept-Magic come with documentation?
Yes. It comes with full documentation, a getting started guide, and a getting started video. You can access the documentation by clicking the help button on the Concept-Magic addon panel.
Why do I need a gmail account to register?
We need a way to be able to identify you in a secure fashion. Superhive does not share your email with us. For your security, we don't want to have to store your private emails and passwords on our server. Authenticating with Gmail solves this problem because it's extremely secure and we have no passwords of yours that we need to store.
What if the Style Injector does not work for what I'm trying to do?
If you're having issues, contact us on our https://cw1.me/discord concept-magic channel and we will try and help you. We can re-issue credits for lost work where it's mostly our fault.
Will there be more Style Injectors?
Yes! We are continually refining and updating the Style Injectors for Concept Magic
How do I make my own Style Injectors?
The documentation has a section on that an videos should be out soon.
What if I create my own style injectors? Can I sell them?
Absolutely! If you have a collection of style injectors and want to sell them, please contact us. We will help you with some free credits to help you debug your style injectors.
