I strongly suggest this scene. it is very realistic and well made, with excellent materials. Eevee mode performance is amazing, lighting that practically reaches perfection. I was looking for a scene for a demonstration, and I can say that finally the search is over with the purchase of this model.
Thanks for the great job Andrew

Project well organized and well optimized in 2.80. Great photorealism, really love it.
