  Hi! shavonne.
We understand the problem you are having, but I have to explain a little to you:
1.Our products are provided in accordance with the description of technical specifications: From motion, video, materials, 3D format...
2.We clearly note that "We do not provide product customization services"
  3. Initially we did not offer the product including the Skeleton, but because a customer emailed me and wanted this version, I added this format without increasing the product cost.
4.It is not our fault that you cannot customize the product to your liking.
5.This version of my Dragon has always been in the top best-selling products in Blender Market.
6.The fact that you rated this product 1 star I think is an unfair and unconvincing action, it greatly affects my sales reputation.
  I'm sorry about this incident.
