Meet your operating-room lead. This female surgeon 3D model is a game-ready stylized character built for animation, cinematics, medical explainers, mobile games, and archviz-style hospital scenes.
She ships fully rigged with an Auto-Rig Pro control skeleton, including body FK/IK controls and a bone-based facial rig, allowing you to pose, block, and animate the character without building a skeleton from scratch.
The design has a clean semi-cartoon style with friendly proportions, large readable eyes, and a confident silhouette that holds up at gameplay camera distance.
She wears a complete surgical outfit consisting of a long-sleeve V-neck scrub top, drawstring scrub trousers, scrub cap, ear-loop face mask, white sterile gloves, and blue rubber clogs. Long wavy hair is modelled as separate geometry, allowing it to be hidden or swapped when needed.
Why This Model Saves You Time
- Rigged and ready: Approximately 547-bone Auto-Rig Pro rig with IK/FK switching, pole targets, and stretch, plus jaw, eyelid, brow, and lip bones for facial expression.
- Clean topology: Predominantly quad topology with deformation loops and subdivision-friendly geometry.
- Separated parts: Body, eyes, hair, shoes, and five garment pieces are individual objects for material overrides, culling, and costume edits.
- 2K PBR textures: 2048×2048 albedo and normal maps for skin, scrubs, hair, and shoes.
-
Multiple formats: Includes
.blend,.fbx,.glb,.obj, and.stlfor different workflows.

Use Cases
- Medical training and safety videos.
- Hospital and pandemic-response games.
- Background NPCs.
- Motion-graphics explainers.
- VR/AR healthcare applications.
- Storyboard and previz characters.
- Stylized short films.
- Animation and cinematic projects.
- Mobile and real-time game environments.
Engine / Import Notes
- Unreal Engine / Unity: Import the FBX and set the import scale so the character reads approximately 1.71 m. Assign albedo to Base Color and the normal map to the Normal slot.
- Retarget the skeleton to your control rig or Mecanim humanoid as needed. Because the rig uses a full Auto-Rig Pro hierarchy, baking to a deform-only skeleton may be useful.
-
Blender: Open the
.blenddirectly for the live Auto-Rig Pro controls. -
Web / Sketchfab: Use the
.glb; textures are already embedded. - Textures are included separately in
textures.zipunder the/texturesfolder. Keep relative paths intact when using OBJ/MTL.
Honest Disclaimers
- This is an original stylized character, not a 3D scan and not a likeness of any real person.
- It is not an anatomical, surgical, or PPE reference. Proportions and equipment are stylized.
- No animations are included and there are no facial blendshapes. Facial motion is bone-based.
- The texture set contains albedo + normal maps only. No roughness, metallic, or AO maps are bundled.
- The STL is a real-time character mesh and is not pre-solidified or checked for watertightness or wall thickness. Cleanup is expected before 3D printing.
- The model is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived as an official asset of any game, studio, or brand.
- Poly count, rig bone count, and texture information are based on the delivered files.
