How do I install it and which Blender version do I need?
It is a Blender asset library built and tested in Blender 5.2. Unzip it to a permanent folder, add that folder under Preferences > File Paths > Asset Libraries, then drag a building from the Building Generator catalogs in the Asset Browser. No add-on installation is needed.
