  This addon provides high quality hair in just a few steps, it definitely does what it says

  It takes a bit of time to learn the workflow and there's definitely a need for an in-depth tutorial (with voice over) covering all the features and troubleshooting in detail, as well as how to further customize the hair using Blender's grooming tools and hair node setups.

  I love how it uses mostly native blender features like geonodes and modifiers, allowing you to go under the hood and finesse the ultimate hairstyle.

  At the time of writing, it's a strong foundation that offers a lot of creative freedom. The potential is there, I am very excited to see where things go!

  I'm still hoping for the following features to be added:
  - Support for eyebrows + presets
  - Hair color presets
  - Scalp texture solution (I now hand-paint a shadow where the roots are, this looks more realistic)

  A really fantastic product, and a fantastic creator as well. I had a small installation problem and he reached out within 30 minutes to help me. It was my fault entirely, but he was very gracious and I appreciated it a lot.

  Some of these other reviews have clearly been written by people who haven't used Hair Cards before - nor learned even the basics of sculpting (As in, what the tools do). If you haven't learned the basics of sculpting / how shrinkwrap works, please do.

  Pros:
  - It, quite literally, is a couple clicks for the initial hair. Probably less than 60 seconds from pressing load, adjusting the scalp, attaching it to the rig & being able to render.
  - You can then build on that with the hair sculpt tools or leave it as is - and it'll render very nicely.
  - Plenty of choices to choose from (Male, Female, Stylized (anime basically) and Beards), with more free ones coming later (Hair buns next please!)
  - Since it's fast to load and place them, it's now SO much fun messing with hairstyles.
  - Fantastic support from the creator

  Cons:
  - There are video tutorials to follow, which solve pretty much every question I had - BUT, I do think a "basic text file with pictures" explanation would be better (which Geonodes settings to choose, how it affects certain hairs etc.) But - this is a minor problem in an otherwise great product, and (sorta) easily fixable.
  - Building on that: Adjusting the Geometry Nodes IS a bit complex and confusing, even with following videos. But this is a somewhat minor issue - it doesn't affect the initial load / placing / sculpting of hair. This (again) would be solved through some simple text documentation w/ pictures. Again, easily fixable.
  - Uncertain about Eevee compatibility (Literally just just haven't tried it). Hopefully the creator will reply, since I do not use Eevee at all.

  Overall, it's a great product for beginners and experienced Blender users. Even with the cons I mentioned, I still feel like the product itself is worth 5 stars and your money. Plus, the creator is a great guy who genuinely tries to help!

  So, if you're like me, and have been waiting for 1 click hairs for Cycles... this is the one.

  This is a great add-on had absolutely no problem adding scalp to mesh it's like magic and I am new to Blender. Not messy at all for me I have a few other add-ons for hair and this by far is the best it can do nothing but get better from here. Way to go! Love the add-on

  I love this product, it’s easy to use and also of very good quality. I hope they make more hairstyles because this is WONDERFUL.

  This is a simply amazing addon!
  Simple and easy to use:
  add a scalp, adjust it to your character, choose a preset, and tweak the nodes until you're blue in the face—any variation is possible. Adjust the guides, and you'll be happy.
  The functionality matches the description 1000%.
  The addon is definitely worth the money and makes hair customization a fun experience, limited only by my imagination.
  I think that, like any digital product created by Blendify, it's a standard for Blender.

  Tool is really easy to work with. All the hairstyles are high quality and since it's all curves and geo nodes, it's easy to pick one of the hair styles that is close to what you're trying to achieve and then modify it to get the exact style you want.

  If you're using a game engine like Unreal Engine, it's also possible to export as hair cards if you also have a plugin like HairTool that can convert hair curves to hair cards. Just make sure to go into the geometry node setup for the Global Hair preset and reduce the number of strands by ~75-90% and use an appropriate hair profile. With those modifications, the resulting hair cards look great in UE5.

  I have the problem if i use it with Hairflow, the Hair does not render as Hair, but as strands. Should i apply the modifier before i animate the hair in Hairflow ? I use Blender 4.4

  I already test the assets, is very fun to play with, also works good for animation, this and the Global Skin addon are a must!

  Amazingg!! The only thing I was worried about was being able to animate it, but with HairFlow you can so here are my five stars
