Can I use this in commercial work?
Yes. It is free for personal and commercial work. Please just don't resell or reupload the scene itself.
Do I need Decal Beast to use this?
No. The scene opens and renders without it. You only need Decal Beast if you want to move or change the graffiti.
Some textures are missing, what do I do?
Keep the textures folder next to the .blend or .fbx file after you unzip it. If you moved the file, in Blender go to File, External Data, Find Missing Files and point it to the textures folder.
