What kind of projects can be made with the addon ?

Greaseliner is designed for stylized and artistic image rendering and animated scene.

The version 2.0 supports now modifiers deformation and rigged meshes

The version 2.0 with Animator module integrated features to handle strokes through the frames of your animation projects.

While using Grease Pencil strokes, Greaseliner can be very gluttonous in memory consumption. - It is not recommended to use it for huge Production project or complex meshes with hundred of thousands of edges.


Are there pre-configured presets?
Yes, the Preset manager propose 22 presets you can directly apply in your project. you can also save your configuration to a preset file and load it in another project.
Can I use Greaseliner with my rigged characters?
Yes, Greaseliner 2.0 supports now rigged characters. - Generate your lines with the addon - Switch to pose mode and pose your character as you want - Back to Object mode and hit the Refresh button
Can I animate with Greaseliner
Yes, you can with the version 2.0 with Animator module. The version integrates special features for animation: - Option for frames selection when generating lines - Realtime generation or manual generation
Is Greaseliner compatible with Blender 5.0?
Yes. Greaseliner has been tested with all 5.X versions, including 5.2 LTS
