Does HosePath simulate real hose physics?
No. HosePath Generator is a visual modeling tool. It does not simulate fluid pressure, collisions, hose dynamics or engineering behavior.
Does HosePath Generator use external textures?
No. The included materials are procedural and do not require external texture files.
Can I convert the generated hose to a normal mesh?
Yes. HosePath can convert the generated result into a regular Blender Mesh. You can also keep the editable procedural original for future changes.
Can I edit the hose after creating it?
Yes. HosePath keeps an editable source Curve. Use Edit Path to modify the route and rebuild the hose as needed.
Does HosePath Generator require RopePath Generator or CablePath Generator?
No. HosePath Generator is a completely standalone Blender add-on. RopePath Generator and CablePath Generator are not required.
