Stop wrestling with complicated boolean workflows. JMesh 5 lets you draw shapes directly onto any surface and instantly turn them into precise boolean cuts, extrusions and hard-surface details.
At the heart of JMesh are two complementary workflows: Shape Booleans for drawing and editing custom cutters directly in the viewport, and Object Booleans for fast boolean operations using existing objects.
Shape Booleans
Draw. Extrude. Cut. Directly in the viewport.
Turn your viewport into a sketching canvas. Draw circles, rectangles, polylines and curves directly onto mesh surfaces, then extrude and use them for boolean operations. Shape Booleans work in Object, Edit and Sculpt Mode.
Shape Edit
Fine-tune your shapes before making the cut
Enter Edit Mode and take full control over the vertices of your shapes. Select, move and refine individual points to create custom panel lines and precise non-standard forms before applying the boolean operation.
Shape Grid
Align shape vertices precisely to your mesh
Use the Shape Grid to snap shape vertices precisely along a selected face in Edit Mode. Create clean and repeatable hard-surface layouts without manually positioning every vertex.
Shape Library
Build your own reusable collection of shapes
Export and import custom 2D shapes and build a reusable library of cut patterns, panel lines and boolean templates. A collection of default shapes is included to get you started.
Object Booleans
Fast boolean operations with existing objects
Use any object in your scene as a cutter and execute Difference, Slice, Union or Intersect operations with a single click.
Circular Arrays
Build radial hard-surface patterns in seconds
Create radial patterns from your shapes for vents, mechanical details, sci-fi elements and repeating designs.
Clothify
Cloth simulation with pressure and pinned edges
Add a cloth modifier with pinned edges and pressure with one click. Adjust pressure and shrinking directly from the JMesh overlay and start the simulation.
Perfect For
