Yes, but not directly. The character model needs to be uploaded to mixamo which will automatically discards the native rig and use their own custom rig that too differs between user to user as it depends upon where the retargetting points (wrist, knee, chin, etc.) are placed during the upload process. For best results, it is recommended to upload character model to mixamo normally, get the animation of choice, download, import into blender and use it as a reference for the different poses. Rokoko retargetting can also be attempted (which in my experience gives decent results) but is not recommended.
