Yes. You can use Koshizu Trees and the trees you make with it in personal and commercial work, including images, animations, films, games, architectural visualization and client projects, with no royalties. You can share project files with your team or clients for the project you are working on together, and include trees converted with Apply as Static in your finished work. You may not resell or share the add-on or its assets, sell or share .blend files containing adjustable Koshizu Trees trees, or sell or share trees made with Koshizu Trees as standalone models or asset packs (including static meshes). One license is for one person. The Python code is licensed under the GNU GPL v3.0 or later; the assets are covered by the Koshizu Space Asset License. Full terms are in the LICENSE files included with the add-on.

Disable and remove the old version, restart Blender, then install the new one.
