LiveCut — Live Wall Openings for Blender

LiveCut cuts wall openings that exactly match the outer silhouette of your window and door models — arches, ornaments and all. The opening is LIVE: move or rotate the model and the hole in the wall follows automatically. No manual modeling, no re-cutting every time a design changes.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the N sidebar and go to the LiveCut tab.

2. Set your wall mesh as the Wall object.

3. Select your window/door model(s) in the viewport and press + to add them to the list.

4. Press Apply (Cut Wall). The openings are cut instantly.

5. Move or rotate the models — the openings follow live. Press Bake when you want to freeze the result.

PANEL CONTROLS

- Wall — the mesh that receives the openings

- Object List — your window/door objects (Add / Remove / Clear)

- Clearance (mm) — gap between the model and the opening edge

- Detail (mm) — how finely the silhouette contour is captured

- Resolution (mm) — sampling resolution of the cut

- Apply — cut live openings   |   Bake — freeze the result   |   Remove Cuts — clear openings

REQUIREMENTS

- Blender 4.2 or newer

- Works with any window/door mesh — no special setup required
