This is a known Bug in Blender since Version 4.2.7 and 4.3 if the meta data of the plugin is stating a version of blender higher than what's being used. There are 3 ways you can potentially fix this Bug yourself. 1) find Blenders [userpref.py] file typically located in the startup directory within blender's installation folder.

Example directory: C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 4.3\4.3\scripts\startup\bl_operators\userpref.py

open the file with wordpad or a free program like (notepad++ recommended) and search or find the line at [line 503] ).format(info_ver) change it to ).format(*info_ver) just adding the * should fix the issue, if not there are 2 other options.

2) option 2, change the version in the plugin itself by changing number 4.4.1 to whatever version you are using like 4.3.0 here is how, go to blender preferences addons and open the file directory of the addon by clicking the file icon that's on the addon. open the file named __init__.py with wordpad or (notepad++) and at the top left change the bl_information data here to whatever version you are using 4.3.0.

3) Easiest way use blender 4.4.1 or higher.
