Thank you I appreciate the nice review!
The result is cool, but the tutorial itself doesn't explain the concept in any way. It just goes like "And then you this and then you press something else and then you press this..." You never know why you're doing any of the things, so you will never be able to apply the process to your own projects.

Thank you for the balanced review.
I think I understand what you mean. There aren't any beginner-friendly generalized chapters explaining each concept.
This is an intermediate/advanced course and is not meant to teach the basics. I have a Fundamentals course for that purpose. (https://superhivemarket.com/products/rigging-isnt-scary-from-beginner-to-intermediate-manual-rigging-in-blender)
But at some point, you have to solve highly specific problems that do not lend themselves perfectly to generalization. I believe the value of this course is in the problem-solving process.
Off the top of my head, here're examples of techniques from the course that may easily be applicable in other projects:
-all sorts of precision and bone placement techniques essential for mechanical rigging
-rigging uncomfortably angled limbs
-piston rigging
-the ground detection system and its constraints.
Also, let me emphasize for anyone reading this that every step in the course is explained: not only the "how-to" but also the thinking process behind it.
