MegaCitigen
Why did you remove the Free Edition?
It was to help our potential users check if the original MegaCitigen (version 4.5) is compatible with their machines, as the original version required a minimum of 32GB RAM. That limit was removed from Version 5.0.2. However, if your PC or Mac has less than 16GB of RAM, you are strongly advised to add more RAM before purchasing MegaCitigen.

Can I use my own buildings in it?

Is this an upgrade version of Citigen?
They serve different purposes.
- Citigen:
For new or intermediate 3D artists who want quick results without having to learn much about new tools.
For new or intermediate 3D artists who want to use their own custom buildings to fill the city. - MegaCitigen:
For intermediate or advanced 3D artists (who understand and/or can manipulate displacement maps) to make large and real city systems (intertwined roads, intersections, bridges) that make sense, and are willing to wait several or even tens of minutes for conversions while using the tool.
What is the main difference between Citigen and MegaCitigen?
You can use your own building assets to fill the city in Citigen.
MegaCitigen makes large-scale yet logical cities with unlimited varieties of road systems:
