Bevel_3d
1. Go to *Edit > Preferences > Add-ons*
2. Click on *Install*, select the ZIP file you downloaded
3. Enable the checkbox for “Mesh Snapshots”
4. The panel will appear in the 3D View sidebar if you select a 3d object.
